TERMS OF SERVICE

By purchasing any artwork from me, you automatically agree to these following terms. Please read carefully, as I will deny your commission if it does not correspond with my terms of service. These terms are subject to change at any time. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to ask though Deviantart notes or any other handles I am on.

Commissions
=+=‣ I have a right to decline a commission for any reason, especially if it goes against my terms.‣ I retain all rights to my work, which include but are not limited to the right to use the artwork for self-promotion and upload it to any of my personal galleries or portfolio, unless otherwise agreed upon. If you do not wish for my artwork to be uploaded, please contact me beforehand.‣ You may NOT use the artwork for commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed upon. You may not you my artwork for any sort of NFTs/Blockchain/cryptocurrency. As well as using my artwork for training AI.‣ You have the right to use your commission for any personal use you want (avatars, wallpapers, icons, profile pictures, upload it to your own personal galleries with credit given, etc.) just as long as it isn't for commercial use or you claim you created the artwork.
Please credit me as "Tetmu33" wherever you post‣ I Only accept Paypal in USD. I must receive either full, or half payment before I start your commission‣ Do not send the payment until I approve of the commission.‣ If the design is too detailed I may simplify the design or name a higher price.‣ If I find myself unable to complete the commission, you will be given a full refund. If I have already started and reached the lineart phase, then you will only be offered a partial refund.‣ Art theft will result in immediate ban from any further commissions and placed on my blacklist. This includes but is not limited to, stealing a piece of artwork or tracing a piece of artwork (without permission), scamming of any sort.‣ You may ask for updates and WIP's of your commission but do not rush me. If you have a deadline for the art to be finished, please state it in your commission beforehand!‣ Be patient, it can take me anywhere from a day to two weeks to finish your commission. If you're not comfortable waiting that long then do not commission me.Terms of usage for designs:I retain all rights to any original artwork I have made. That means you cannot use the artwork I created for commercial purposes (like merch or prints), or advertising it as your own.What you can do:
- Please do not sell them for more than what they are worth unless additional art has been bought
- You may make small edits where needed, so long as the design keeps its original look! Ex. Change the name, eye color, add scars, missing extremities, accessories, etc
- You must credit me wherever you use them, a simple "CTD: Tetmu33" will suffice!
- If posting on TH, they MUST remain visible to meLatest update: May 16th, 23

Designs
=+=‣ You must give me credit for the design!‣ You may edit purchased designs, but it must resemble its original design. Edits include changing eye color, fur length, adding accessories or scars, loss of limbs, and minor design changes.‣ Do not resell for more than they were purchased unless additional art was bought.‣ The design can be sold, gifted or traded. If you decide any of these, please alert me of their new owner. I like to see where my designs go.‣ If the design is on TH, please keep the design visible to me so I can track them.

PRICES

‣ I accept Paypal (USD) and DeviantART points.
‣ You must either pay in full, or half before I start your commission. When you receive the finished sketch, I require the second half.
‣ 100 DA points = $1.00
‣ If you are ready to order, you may go through the order tab and fill out the form and send it to me through the messaging platforms I offer.‣ If you order a commission and plan to pay with points, please pay through the commission widget I set up for you on my DA at Tetmu33. DO NOT gift them to me.Thank you.

Reference Sheets‣ Base price is $40 USD.
‣ By default, you will receive 1 fullbody and 2 headshots.
‣ You may choose between a flat background, or a simple vectored background
‣ The commissioner can choose to have your OC's name, a small paragraph for a bio and any small details or accessories.
‣ The commissioner can have add-ons for extra money [Options further below]Add-ONs
Extra details are $5 USD EACH, these include;• Any additional headshot[s]
• Any additional fullbody[s] (ex. A flipped fullbody)
• Any shading (includes all drawings, or select ones by your choice)
• Any extra background details [Ie. A mini scene piece]‣ If you wish to add other details not specified, please ask.
I am open to anything and we can work out a price.

Before you order a commission, please read my Terms of Service. By ordering a commission you are agreeing to my ToS.-=+=-‣ Fill out this form and send it to either my DeviantArt via a note, or you may message me on discord (Tetmu33#0991) or Facebook if you have my messenger. (Due to carrd's font. Only the "t" is capitalized. "etmu33" is all lowercase!)
